Clean up surface impurities in a timely manner, apply rust proof oil to easily rusted parts, store them by category, and regularly check for wear and tear.
When adjusting hook there is fracture, severe deformation, thread wear, corrosion affecting strength, or cracking of the lifting ring weld, it must be replaced.
Standardize construction, avoid rough operations, maintain regularly, use according to the designed load, and prevent overloading.
Use a torque wrench to tighten the nut during installation, and add double nuts to key areas to prevent loosening; The dowel pin must be knocked to the bottom and checked for tightness, and reinforced with a second re inspection before pouring.
Slight deformation of accessories may cause uneven stress on the formwork, leading to local expansion or leakage of grout. It is recommended to replace it immediately to avoid losing too much due to minor issues; Timely return deformed parts to the factory for repair, reducing overall wear and tear costs.
