    FEATURES

    1、weight & Durable:Low density (0.90~0.94 g/cm³), making it easy to machine and transport.

    Excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for repeated bending and impact.

    2、Chemical Resistance:Resistant to most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents (e.g., alcohols, aldehydes).

    Not suitable for strong oxidizing acids (e.g., concentrated sulfuric acid, nitric acid) and some halogenated hydrocarbons.

    3、Temperature Resistance:Operating range: -10°C to +100°C (short-term up to 140°C). Becomes brittle at low temperatures.

    4、Electrical Insulation:High resistivity, ideal for electrical insulation, especially in high-frequency environments.

    5、Mechanical Properties:Good rigidity but lower wear resistance than nylon (PA). Can be reinforced with glass fibers.Smooth surface with low friction coefficient, suitable for low-load sliding parts.

    6、Non-Toxic & Food Safe:Some grades comply with FDA standards for food and medical applications.
