      What is HDPE plastic sheet and what makes it different from other plastics?

      HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a thermoplastic polymer known for its high strength-to-density ratio, excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and ease of fabrication. Compared with other plastics like PVC or PP, HDPE offers superior impact resistance, lighter weight, and non-toxic, food-safe properties, making it versatile for industrial, commercial, and food-contact applications.

      What sizes and thicknesses are available? Can you customize dimensions?

      We supply HDPE sheets in a wide range of standard sizes, typically 1000–2000 mm in width, 2000–6000 mm in length, and 1–100 mm in thickness. Custom lengths, widths, and thicknesses are available on request to meet specific project requirements. We also offer pre-cut parts, CNC machining, and welded assemblies.

      What is the temperature range for HDPE sheets?

      Standard HDPE maintains its mechanical properties between –50 °C and +80 °C for continuous use and can tolerate short-term exposure up to around 100 °C. For applications requiring higher temperature resistance, we can supply special grades with enhanced thermal stability.
